How we handle your information
This notice explains what information our website, AI assistant and contact channels collect, why, and who processes it.

Who we are

What we collect
- Messages to the assistant. What you type or say in the website chat, by SMS, by WhatsApp or on a call with the assistant.
- Contact and enquiry details. Your name, phone number, email address, company name and the details you give in a form or conversation.
- Repair details. Your ticket number, device and repair status when you use repair tracking.
- Technical data. Your IP address and request times, used to prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We never ask for passcodes, PINs, Apple Account passwords or payment card details through the website, chat, email or WhatsApp. Please don't send them.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and show your repair status.
- To pass your request to the right member of our team and reply to you.
- To call or message you when you request it.
- To protect the service from misuse.
We do not use assistant conversations for marketing. If you no longer want us to contact you, tell us and we will stop.
The AI assistant
The FutureWork Assistant is automated. Its replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, so please confirm prices, repair decisions and anything important with our staff. You can ask for a person at any time. Staff review and approve messages the assistant prepares for customers before they are sent.

Some of these providers process information outside Nigeria. If you send your device with GIG Logistics or Speedaf, we share your name, phone number and address with that courier to book the pickup or delivery, and the courier handles them under its own terms.
How long we keep it
- Active website chat conversations are held on our server for up to 2 hours after your last message, then deleted.
- Requests passed to our team, enquiries and call-back requests are kept for up to 180 days, unless we need them longer for an ongoing repair or a legal obligation.
- Your browser keeps the current chat in this tab until you close it or start a new conversation.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to its use, and withdraw consent. Email support@futureworktechnologiesltd.com. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
